Information we process

Slotloop processes workspace account information, service settings, appointment openings, waitlist contact details, communication consent records, offer activity, claim activity, and billing identifiers. Payment card data is handled by the payment provider and is not stored by Slotloop.

Why we process it

We use information to operate cancellation-recovery campaigns, match opted-in customers to relevant openings, send appointment messages, reserve the first valid Slotloop claim, prevent duplicate Slotloop claims, measure recovered revenue, provide support, and protect the service.

Service providers

The production configuration may use Supabase for authentication and database services, Resend for email delivery, OpenAI for optional message drafting, Stripe for billing, and Netlify for hosting and serverless functions. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and deletion

Workspace operators control their customer records. Data should be retained only as long as necessary for appointment matching, audit, billing, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Production administrators must provide a deletion process for account owners and waitlist contacts.
