Service

Slotloop provides software that helps appointment businesses contact opted-in waitlist customers when an appointment becomes available. The business remains responsible for its calendar, pricing, customer relationships, service delivery, consent practices, and compliance obligations.

Acceptable use

Users must not upload contacts without a lawful basis, send deceptive or unlawful messages, use Slotloop for emergencies, rely on it as the sole record for regulated services, or attempt to bypass security and usage limits.

Claims and bookings

Slotloop uses transaction controls to reduce conflicting claims, but the business remains responsible for checking its source calendar and resolving operational errors. Slotloop does not guarantee that any opening will be filled or that any customer will attend.

Billing

Paid plans renew until cancelled through the billing portal. Prices, trial terms, taxes, usage limits, and refund rules must be shown clearly in the final checkout and plan documentation.

Liability

The production terms should contain jurisdiction-appropriate warranties, exclusions, indemnities, liability caps, dispute provisions, and data-processing terms reviewed by qualified counsel.
